Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service.
• Recommends items and suggests trade-up or companion products.
• Registers purchases, processes payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandises, and maintains records.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
• Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
• Constructs and maintains displays and completes resets as directed.
• Assists with stock rotation and product placement per policy.
• Provides photo area service, including digital passport photos and prints.
• Handles web pick-up orders and delivers orders to customers.
• Maintains store appearance and supports exterior and interior maintenance.
• Follows all company policies and completes special assignments.
