Qualifications

• 21+ to meet legal age requirements for regulated product sales.
• Flexible availability for a 24/7 operation (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and a friendly attitude.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
• Deliver a fast, accurate, and professional checkout experience.
• Promote current sales and upsell to enhance customer experience.
• Process transactions accurately, including alcohol/tobacco with age verification.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Assist in foodservice and coffee areas, including cleaning/restocking.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures.
• Support teammates and complete additional duties as assigned.
