Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a part-time Customer Experience associate to deliver friendly, efficient checkout and assist customers with product recommendations. You will handle transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining neat displays and stock levels.

The role requires English fluency, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and prior retail experience is preferred. Training and development are provided as part of the Walgreens team.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Preferred six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior Walgreens experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on cash register and provide courteous, fair checkout service.
• Recommend items for sale and upsell/trade-up and companion items.
• Process purchases, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; check in and price merchandise.
• Assist with exterior and interior store maintenance and displays.
• Provide customer service in photo area and web pick-up duties.
• Attend training as requested by management.
