Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a retail cashier.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of balancing multiple tasks at one time.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Works well with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
• Visual acuity for reading screens and details.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to SOP.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store overall.
• Provides and accepts ongoing recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and risk-free environment.
• Performs duties as assigned.
