Job summary

Meijer in Michigan is hiring a Cashier to greet customers, scan merchandise, bag purchases, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced store.

You’ll learn Meijer programs and promotions, use checkout systems, and handle transactions accurately. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, education assistance, and other growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cashier in food service or retail is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to learn and use technology.

Cashiers perform various customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, and bagging customers purchases.

ALL EXPERIENCES WELCOME, TRAINING PROVIDED!

Shift times range between 1pm and 11pm. Full Time and Part Time hours available.

Current/previous experience as a cashier in food service or retail a plus.
