Job summary

Salk’s Hardware & Marine, your local Ace Hardware, is hiring for a customer service focused role. You will welcome customers, help them find necessary items, and assist with projects in a fast-paced, friendly store environment.

We provide extensive training; prior hardware experience is a plus but not required. You’ll work a fixed schedule with work-life balance, and enjoy benefits like PTO, health coverage, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, help them find products to complete their projects in one visit.
• Work in a fast-paced, friendly environment and maintain high energy throughout shifts.
• Stand for 6–8 hours; ability to lift 25–30 lbs.

Job description

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.

• You must lift 25 to 30 lbs.
