Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Paramus, NJ is seeking a store associate to help customers with their shopping experience. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and uphold brand and merchandising standards to deliver a smooth, enjoyable visit.

This role emphasizes inclusivity, safety, and excellent service as you promote warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions, while supporting the store team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays

• Targeted Pay Range: $14.00 - $21.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
