Job summary

Ace Hardware is a locally owned hardware store in Hawaii dedicated to serving the community with friendly, helpful staff and extensive training for every role. You’ll help neighbors with their projects, work in a fast-paced, energetic environment, and contribute to a team that values customer service and community impact.

• No prior hardware experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in locating items for their project.
• Answer questions and provide product recommendations to fit their needs.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as part of daily tasks.

Job description

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware

experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must lift 25 to 30 lbs.
