Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring a Retail Teammate in Buffalo, NY. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and support their shopping experience on the floor and at the register.

You’ll process sales and returns, promote loyalty programs, and follow safety and loss-prevention policies while helping create an inclusive, welcoming store environment. Flexible teamwork and ability to assist across the store are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Targeted Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
