Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to perform basic handyman tasks, measure/cut/install fixtures and troubleshoot issues on retail construction sites across California and the western United States.

The role requires strong carpentry experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a solid safety record. Expect on-site work, travel up to 1 week, and benefits including health, 401k, and company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ maintenance (or similar) experience required.
• 3+ years commercial construction experience required.
• 3+ years’ retail carpentry experience required.
• Possession of a valid CA Driver’s License and good driving history is required.
• Able to read blueprints and knowledgeable in construction methods.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of basic handyman tasks using carpentry skills to job specifications.
• Install retail fixtures, railings, doors, hardware, cabinetry and décor packages.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to formulate long‑term solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace and tools.
