Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers with personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally.
• Support store operations: fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotions, product processing and placement, visual merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Learn from training tools and feedback to improve skills and performance.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating teamwork.
• Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risk and support inventory accuracy.
