Belk in Georgia is hiring for Full-time, Part-time and Flex positions across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment and more. Seasonal team members deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

You may help customers on the floor, assist with transactions, or support behind-the-scenes processes as part of a team meeting store goals and building customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Ownership of assigned tasks and contribution to store success.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology, including devices and Windows-based systems.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular movement around all store areas and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns.
• Support store operations such as store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotions, product handling and merchandising.
• Maintain attractive selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness.
