Avocado Green Brands in Pasadena, CA is seeking a full-time Retail Brand Experience Associate to drive in-store and digital sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll engage guests through chats, phones, and video appointments on-site, assist with events, maintain floor presentation, and collaborate across teams to continually improve service. A passion for healthy living and sustainability is a must; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Experience responding to live chats using a CRM (TalkDesk/Intercom/Kustomer) is a plus.
• Experience tracking KPIs or sales goals is a plus.
• Be passionate about brand values of healthy living, environmental awareness, and social responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with a passion for people.
• Positive attitude with a no-task-too-small mentality.
• Self-starter with resilient, entrepreneurial spirit.
