Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to drive product promotion and customer engagement across in-store campaigns and events. This role offers base pay plus uncapped bonuses and opportunities for rapid advancement into sales or management.

The position is on-site at multiple locations, with a compensation plan including $60k–$80k per year in total earnings and a $17/hour base pay plus incentives. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence.
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken, thrives in human interaction.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote Renuity’s products and services in in-store retail campaigns, events, and tradeshows.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations focusing on products, installation, and customer care.
• Use this role as a stepping stone to a career in management or sales.
• Coordinate scheduling and availability for in-store activities.
