Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to drive in-store campaigns and promote our home improvement brands across Cocoa, Melbourne and Vero Beach locations. You will engage customers with compelling product demonstrations and build relationships to grow sales and loyalty.

This role offers base pay with uncapped bonuses, a clear path to management or higher sales responsibilities, and full benefits. Weekend availability and rotating shifts are required in a fast-paced, customer-focused

• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individual who thrives in human interaction.
• Must have access to a personal, reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote Renuity's products and services to prospective and existing clients in in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows
• Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on our high quality products, installation, and customer care
• Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or Sales
• Scheduling availability: Weekends required; 7-day availability; Rotating shifts: 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, 11am to 7pm, 12pm to 8pm; If part-time, 20-25hrs per week
