Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine their needs; assist with finding merchandise and offer styling recommendations.
• Aim to achieve personal sales goals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to reach sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
• Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing; ensure a clean, well-maintained store environment.
• Process transactions accurately via the POS system and assist with inventory tasks.
