Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity Company, seeks Brand Ambassadors to promote our home improvement products in retail environments and events across Texas. Earn $25–35 per hour with uncapped bonuses, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Top performers may reach $40 per hour. This part-time W2 role requires reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations, including events, with a supportive team and clear daily goals.

• Friendly, positive attitude and enthusiasm for public interaction.
• Customer service experience in retail or similar environments is valued.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest
• Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
• Initiate conversations and help arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services
• Set appointments and assist customers clearly and kindly
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals

About The Role

• Interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote our products and generate interest

We’re Looking for People With Experience or Transferable Skills From:

• Face-to-Face Marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation experience - a plus!
• Customer Service Roles (in-person or call center)
• Retail (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers)
• Restaurants (servers, bartenders, hosts, front-of-house staff)
• Hospitality (hotel front desk, concierge, event staff)
• Fast Food & Quick-Service Restaurants (cashiers, shift leads, drive-thru)

Key Qualifications:

• Friendly, fun, and positive attitude
• Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences
• Comfortable working independently and personal drive for excellence.
• Retail and customer service experience highly valued
• Entry-level candidates welcome—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
• Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
