Job summary

Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador in New Mexico. The role is full-time or part-time, with base pay plus performance bonuses and uncapped incentives. You’ll represent the brand in big-box stores, set appointments, and help arrange in-home consultations for home renovations.

Weekend availability is required; you’ll work with a supportive team across multiple locations, with paid training and advancement opportunities within a national network.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-person marketing or retail environments is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate in-home consultations when needed.
• Positive, energetic, and professional presentation to customers.
• Weekend availability required.

About the Role

What You’ll Do:

We’re Looking for People with Experience or Transferable Skills From:

• Face-to-Face Marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation experience – a plus!

• Customer Service Roles (in-person or call center)

• Retail (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers)

• Restaurants (servers, bartenders, hosts, front-of-house staff)

• Hospitality (hotel front desk, concierge, event staff)

• Fast Food & Quick-Service Restaurants (cashiers, shift leads, drive-thru)

Key Qualifications:

• Must have weekend availability

• Friendly, fun, and positive attitude

• Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences

• Comfortable working independently and personal drive for excellence.

• Retail and customer service experience highly valued

• Entry-level candidates welcome—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.

• Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
