Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to drive in-store campaigns, events, and demos. You will present high-quality products, engage customers, and support installation explanations while representing a national home-improvement brand.

This full-time weekend role offers a base pay of $17 per hour with uncapped bonuses, paid holidays, benefits, and a clear path from sales to management based on performance. Training location in Jefferson, LA; travel minimal.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Promote Renuity's products and services in in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows.
• Approach and engage potential customers in established retail locations.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on products, installation, and care.
• Use this role as a stepping stone to a career in management or sales.
• Scheduling availability: weekends, 7 days, rotating shifts (9am-5pm to 12pm-8pm).

  • Weekends required
  • 7-day availability
