Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to promote our direct‑to‑consumer home improvement products in-store, at events, and tradeshow campaigns. You will deliver engaging sales presentations about our quality products, installation, and customer care to prospective and existing clients.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped bonuses and commissions with both full‑time and part‑time options and weekend requirements. On‑site locations include Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Naples, FL.

Qualifications

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence.
• Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken in human interaction.

Responsibilities

• Promote Renuity's products and services in-store, at events and tradeshow campaigns.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations focusing on products, installation, and customer care.
• Use this experience as a stepping stone to a leadership or sales career.
• If part time: weekends required, 20-25 hours per week.
• Schedule includes rotating shifts: 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, or 11am-7pm.

About This Role

  • Weekends required, M-F available
  • Rotating shifts: 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, or 11am to 7pm
