• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure product is displayed properly.
• Collaborate with the team and bring your best to work each day.
• Participate in performance and talent management processes with openness to development and feedback.
• Support leadership by upholding operational standards and safety and adhering to company policies.
• Work with the team to achieve or exceed the store’s revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by meeting consumer expectations.
• Support execution of community engagement events.
