Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Boutique Lead in Edison, NJ to guide the retail team in selling apparel, delivering world-class client experiences, and building loyal relationships. You will balance sales and service by placing the right people in the right positions to drive daily goals.

You will manage day-to-day performance, develop talent, and collaborate with Business Support partners to align with corporate objectives, all while embodying Aritzia's Everyday Luxury spirit.

As a member of the Store Management Department, you will lead and motivate the teams responsible for selling clothes, delivering world-class client experiences, and building loyal client relationships. As a Boutique Lead, you will be responsible for the flawless execution of Sales, Floor, Business and People Management in order to exceed daily business goals. And, with people at the heart of everything you do, you will support our high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia—while enjoying one yourself.
