Job summary

Admiral Beverage Corporation is seeking a Retail Beverage Merchandiser to stock our product portfolio in multiple stores across the Flathead Valley and Kalispell. You will walk the store to ensure locations are stocked and build relationships with store personnel to maximize availability.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable driving history, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. You will follow onboarding SOPs, work 40 hours weekly with potential overtime in summer, and be part

Qualifications

• Possessa valid driver''s license, vehicle, and motor vehicle insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a drug test.
• Have a good driving record.
• Be reliable.
• Follow a list of Standard Operating Procedures that will be gone over during the onboarding process.
• Be a team player.
• Be able to adapt to a constantly changing, competitive market.
• Communicate with many different people daily such as sales reps, store receiving clerks, store management, other Merchandisers, and store customers.
• Construct displays with store or sales representative display guides and being creative with your own approved ideas.
• Regularly lift 75 lbs. and occasionally up 100 lbs.
• Push/pull carts and pallets of our products.
• Be exposed to a moderate noise level in the stores.
• Stock products in the store in accordance with sell by date to ensure fresh product.
• Exercise attention to detail.
• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or have 3 months related experience.
• Be able to work 40 hours a week. There is potential for overtime in the summer.

Responsibilities

• Stock our wide-ranging product portfolio in many stores in the Flathead Valley to the store and Pepsi of Kalispell standards.
• Walk the store upon arrival to ensure all locations are stocked.
• Build relationships with your stores to become more successful.
• Follow SOPs during onboarding and daily work.
• Collaborate with sales reps and store teams to ensure product availability.
