Job summary

TD is seeking a Retail Banker I in Jackson, New Jersey to act as a customer liaison and provide consultative advice on banking solutions. You will educate customers on TD products, help with transactions, and grow relationships while maintaining strong product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma or GED, 1+ years in customer-facing roles, and strong communication skills; teller training is provided on hire. Notary license is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience working with customers or in sales.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Ability to complete teller training on hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs and educates on TD products or refers to specialists.
• Handles teller transactions and supports self-service options.
