Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Retail Banker to engage customers, promote bank products, and provide exceptional service. You will complete transactions, open accounts, and perform routine maintenance while leveraging Woodforest’s customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR an Associate’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of ATMs.
• Employing problem solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns.
