Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Henderson, TX is hiring a Retail Banker to serve customers, promote bank products, and deliver an outstanding experience. Training will enable you to engage customers and identify their financial needs.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and supporting branch operations while upholding Woodforest's service standards. Prior in-store banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior in-store banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering and ATM maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries with problem-solving skills in line with Woodforest's standards.
