Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Cedar Park, TX, is seeking a Retail Banker to join our in-branch team. You will engage customers, open accounts, process transactions, and promote bank products and services to meet customer needs.

Must have 3 years of sales or customer service experience (or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with related experience); previous in-store banking is a plus. We offer full-time hours, a friendly, employee-owned culture, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employing problem solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.
