Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in North Carolina seeks a full-time Retail Banker to engage customers, process transactions, open accounts and support branch operations. You will drive sales and provide solutions aligned with customer needs while upholding Woodforest’s service standards.

Applicants should have 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree as alternatives. In-store banking experience is a plus; a positive, engaging attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Or an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Using problem solving to address customer inquiries and concerns consistent with Woodforest Experience training.
