Job summary

As a frontline team member, you will handle transactions, support sales goals, and ensure a positive, engaging customer experience every day in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate’s degree with 1 year relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive, engaging, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying and recommending bank products to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties including vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Resolve customer inquiries with the Woodforest Experience training.
