Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Store Associate for TJ Maxx in Kalispell, MT. You will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train Associates on merchandising, maintain stock flow, and uphold safety, cleanliness and store standards. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and customer flow
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent service experience
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicate with leadership to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor
• Maintain backroom organization and upholding safety and cleanliness standards
