Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits at assigned retail locations.
• Verify product placement, planogram compliance, and shelf standards.
• Audit pricing, promotions, displays, and POS materials.
• Check product freshness, rotation, and overall presentation.
• Document findings using company tools or mobile apps.
• Report discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional relationships with store personnel and Pepsi MidAmerica team.

This role is responsible for auditing retail stores to ensure compliance with Pepsi merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, promotional execution, and product placement. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, traveling locally, and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in‑store audits at assigned retail locations
• Verify product placement, planogram compliance, and shelf standards
• Audit pricing, promotions, displays, and point‑of‑sale materials
• Check product freshness, rotation, and overall presentation
• Accurately document findings using company‑provided tools or mobile applications
• Report discrepancies and communicate issues to supervisors in a timely manner
• Maintain professional relationships with store personnel and Pepsi MidAmerica team members
