Job summary

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is seeking a Part-time Retail Attendant to engage guests, showcase the hotel and its amenities, and contribute to a memorable stay at our bay-view resort. You will interact with guests from around the world, upsell products, and support pricing and inventory in a high-visibility retail setting.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Part Time Retail Attendant to our Mission Bay Family.

As a Retail Attendant you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Retail Attendants proudly showcase our hotel, amenities and surroundings. The Retail Attendant is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!
