Job summary

Nike in Baton Rouge is seeking a Retail Associate (Athlete) to bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life in a fast-paced store environment. You help customers discover gear that elevates performance and build brand trust through knowledge, enthusiasm, and teamwork.

You will work across store zones with flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts are determined by store needs and your availability, with potential for seasonal adjustments and growth

Qualifications

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be at least 18
• Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available for this role.
