The role offers varied hours with shifts that may start early or end late; strong focus on flexibility, availability, and meeting store needs across the day. Training and assessment support are included.

Qualifications

• Flexible with scheduling including day, evening, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available.

Responsibilities

• Help customers discover Nike gear and guide them to products that elevate performance.
• Provide the best possible Nike store experience and build brand trust and loyalty.
• Assist across store zones to meet consumer needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain availability and schedule alignment as per store needs.
