Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and the ability to use point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize merchandise in the store, ensuring it is displayed attractively and is available for customers.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing information about products and helping them find what they are looking for.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, wiping down displays, and keeping the store tidy.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as inventory counts, price checks, and assisting with store promotions and events.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and customer service standards.
• Keep accurate records of transactions, sales, and inventory, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
• Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and best practices.
