Nike is seeking a Retail Associate (Athlete) to deliver the iconic Nike store experience in Orlando. You will help customers discover products that inspire movement, dream, and dare, while representing the Nike brand with energy and professionalism.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting across store zones, contributing to a one-team culture and delivering excellent service to every guest. Flexible hours include full-time, part-time, and seasonal shifts to support store needs.

Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate / Athlete

As a Nike Retail Associate - known as Athletes - you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help our consumers discover the product that inspires them - from living rooms to locker rooms - to move, dream, and dare. You’re in the store building brand trust and loyalty, but you don’t do it alone.

We play in a fast-paced, high traffic environment, across store zones and consumer needs, but there’s no ego. We’re one team, showing up with optimism and hunger for the collective win. The goal is to serve our consumer and provide them with the ultimate Nike store experience. Are you up for it?

The starting hourly rate for this position isㅤ$16.50

Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM of the store's timezone. Overnight positions may work shifts between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM of the store's timezone. Specific schedules will vary by location, season, and business demands. Shifts are scheduled based on store needs and your employment type.

Depending on store needs, managers will make every effort to schedule shifts within your provided availability, business needs may occasionally require you to work outside of those hours. Additionally, from time to time, business needs may require you to provide additional or different availability.

Retail Expected Hours

• Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
• Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
• Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
• Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week
