Job summary

Converse is seeking a high-energy Retail Associate in the United States to bring your authentic style and passion for sport, culture and creativity. You’ll lead with service, guide customers to the gear that elevates performance, and help maintain a sharp, inviting store environment.

You’ll work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends or holidays. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with benefits like employee discounts, tuition assistance, PTO and health coverage.

Leading With Your Best

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00
