Converse in Charleston is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, know the product, and keep the store energized and inviting for every guest. You’ll help customers find gear that enhances performance and create a welcoming shopping experience.

The role offers an hourly wage of $16.00 with flexible schedules, including early mornings and evenings, and benefits such as product discounts and opportunities for growth within the Nike family.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00

Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM of the store’s timezone. Overnight positions may work shifts between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM of the store’s timezone. Specific schedules will vary by location, season, and business demands. Shifts are scheduled based on store needs and your employment type.

Depending on store needs, managers will make every effort to schedule shifts within your provided availability, business needs may occasionally require you to work outside of those hours. Additionally, from time to time, business needs may require you to provide additional or different availability.

Retail Expected Hours

• Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
• Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
• Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
• Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week

Qualifications

• Physical requirements may include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
