Job summary

Converse in Oregon is seeking a energetic Retail Associate to welcome customers, know the product details, and help them find gear that elevates performance. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced store environment and push toward daily goals with enthusiasm.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.50

Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM of the store's timezone. Overnight positions may work shifts between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM of the store's timezone. Specific schedules will vary by location, season, and business demands. Shifts are scheduled based on store needs and your employment type.

Depending on store needs, managers will make every effort to schedule shifts within your provided availability, business needs may occasionally require you to work outside of those hours. Additionally, from time to time, business needs may require you to provide additional or different availability.

Retail Expected Hours

• Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
• Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
• Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
• Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week
