Job summary

Simply Southern is seeking a friendly Part-time Retail Associate to join our store team. You will help customers, process sales, restock shelves, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

Experience in customer service is preferred but not required. The role requires weekend availability, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic math, and comfort with cash registers and computers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides enthusiastic customer service while customers shop and purchase products in our store, ensuring every customer has a wonderful experience.
• Delivers exceptional customer service, by getting to know the needs of each customer and suggestively selling items that the customer would enjoy.
• Understands and reflects the Vision, Mission, and Values of Simply Southern in daily store operations.
