Fanatics Commerce in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring a Retail Associate for the Minnesota Vikings Stadium Team Store. You will deliver an engaging fan experience, greet customers, make recommendations, and help manage the sales floor and stockroom.

This role requires 18+, retail or service experience preferred, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and game days. You will process transactions, uphold Fanatics standards, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively

Responsibilities

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
