Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate to elevate the fan shopping experience on game days and throughout regular store operations. You will greet fans, provide product recommendations, and process sales at the Fanatics POS with a focus on brand representation.

This role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and teamwork. You will help maintain clean spaces and support stockroom organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver standout fan

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; professional appearance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and make recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Retail Associate delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. Home game shifts are considered a core responsibility of the position and may include pre-game, in-game, and post-game operational support.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events
• Reliable attendance and punctualityStrong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively
