• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Job Overview

Pay Range

• Total Target Cash Pay Range: $57,600 - $100,900, inclusive of target incentives
• Base Pay Range: $43,200 - $75,675
