  • Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team.

Job Overview

This role supports store leadership to develop and guide the retail team in delivering customer-focused service and sales outcomes. It involves leading team members to meet customer needs through effective coaching, training, and operational management. Total Target Cash Pay Range: $57,600 - $100,900, inclusive of target incentivesBase Pay Range: $43,200 - $75,675The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role.
