Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Retail Associate to join our store team. You will help provide a clean, welcoming shopping experience and meet daily production standards while delivering quality customer service.

You will learn the daily operations of a retail store outlet, assist customers at the donation door, handle pricing and soft/ hardlines donations, and contribute to a positive community impact through our mission-driven work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required, will train the right person for the job.
• Candidates are expected to provide current, valid Child Abuse clearance.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering and Sales Floor Support.
• Processing and pricing donations in soft lines and hardlines.
• Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling.
