Fossil is seeking a Sales Associate in Charlotte, NC who will deliver a Radical Customer Experience by engaging customers, understanding needs, and driving sales with a friendly, polished approach.

You will work in a collaborative team, embrace Fossil's values—Authenticity, Grit, Curiosity, Sense of Humor, and Making an Impact—while developing product knowledge and refining your presentation and communication skills. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
