Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets (preferred).
• Customer-centric attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fast-paced environments.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; comply with policies and safety rules.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operating goals; follow store policies and procedures, including health and safety.
