The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help shape the store's success, assist with merchandising, and contribute to team goals.

Key responsibilities include driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory, visual displays, and store upkeep. Greet customers, work with teammates, and adhere to safety rules and company policies.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric and passionate about delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and upholding high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and hitting sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; follow company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to store policies and procedures.
