Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an energetic Store Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our NY location. You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and maintain store standards to ensure a welcoming environment for every shopper.

Ideal candidates bring retail exposure, a customer-centric mindset, and strong communication skills. This role requires flexibility with hours, including weekends, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric focus and dedication to outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
