You will participate in inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment while maintaining health and safety standards and company policies. Weekend availability and a strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promos.
